Transmission distances: Copper 'Active' = 30mtrs (DB9 or HSSDC) Copper 'Passive' = 15mtrs (DB9 or HSSDC) Fibre Optic 'Multimode' = up to 500mtrs (SC Duplex or new LC dual port) Fibre Optic 'Singlemode' = 500 to 20KMs (SC Duplex or new LC dual port) The range is currently available in 1.0625Gb/s and 2.125Gb/s.
