Software is an emerging leader in the software utility market. A wholly owned
subsidiary of Prosoft Engineering, Inc., Radialogic creates and produces
software products designed to support the needs of all Mac and PC users alike.
Radialogic maintains a website at www.radialogic.com.
- In the fall of 2000, the assets of Radialogic, including CD Master and
Storage Master (formerly Formedia), were sold to a third party. Under the terms
of the sale, Radialogic was required to stop distribution of Radialogic products
by the end of 2000 and stop support by the end of March 2001.
