and 2.5" form factors, PATA or SATA interfaces, and MLC or SLC flash
options. These SSDs have been designed for applications which require the
ultimate design, endurance and reliability.

- intelligent purge / data destruction
- operating temperature:- 3 ranges available, upto and including -55°C
to +125°C
- ECC:- 48 bits in 512 bytes of data
- R/W speeds upto:- 160MB/s and 130MB/s respectively
- shock:- 1500G/0.5ms; 50G/11ms
