  • editor's comments:- October 2011 - among other things Stealth.Com (who say they started selling SSDs 15 years ago) market a family of 2.5" SATA flash SSDs with SLC and MLC variants, 64MB RAM cache, and R/W speeds upto 260MB/s and 210MB/s respectively.
